Yashoda is our Deputy Chief Medical Officer, dual Board certified in Internal Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine, with 20 years of hospitalist experience.

Catherine Van Tassell, LCSW, PA-C, DipACLM

Catherine is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Nutrition Coach, and Physician Assistant board certified in Lifestyle Medicine.

Rak Jotwani, MD, DipABLM

Rak is a Dual board certified physician in Internal Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine. He was inspired to help patients after his own health transformation through nutrition and lifestyle.

Jennifer Wetherington, MD, DipABLM

Jen is a dual Board certified physician in Family and Lifestyle Medicine. She believes that being an educator is one of her most important roles as a physician.
